At The House Of Raas, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings joy and satisfaction to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return, exchange, and refund process.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Request Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team or submit your request through the designated support section on our website.

Processing Fee

A nominal ₹150 processing fee will be applicable for each return or exchange request.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.

Return Pickup

Once your return or exchange request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging before handing it over to the courier representative.

Exchange Process

After the returned product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. Upon successful verification, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly.

Refund Policy

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a one-time-use store credit coupon code.

Coupon Validity

The coupon code will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.

Coupon Usage

  • The coupon can be redeemed only once.
  • The coupon cannot be converted into cash or transferred.

Non-Acceptance of Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is shipped and subsequently refused or not accepted by the customer, a deduction of ₹150 will be made towards forward and reverse shipping charges before issuing the refund coupon.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the refund will be issued as a store credit coupon code within 4–5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before shipment without any cancellation charges.

Important Notes

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The House Of Raas reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds shall be at the sole discretion of The House Of Raas.
